Additional Important Information
Deposits: Minimum one night’s rate is required; 30% for stays over 3 nights. In the event of a no show, the party will be charged the remaining balance. Personal checks are accepted for advance deposits only.
Refunds: refunds for reservations, less a minimum $15.00 charge, will be given when notice is received at least 21 days prior to arrival. We cannot give refunds for weather, illness, late arrival or early departure, etc.
Check-in time is 2:00 P.M.
Check-out time is 10:00 A.M.
All rates subject to 9% Maine Lodging Tax.
