Our rates vary depending on the type of accommodation chosen as well as the time of the season. Our early and late season rates offer substantial discounts to the full, in season rates.

Additional Important Information
Deposits: Minimum one night’s rate is required; 30% for stays over 3 nights. In the event of a no show, the party will be charged the remaining balance. Personal checks are accepted for advance deposits only.
Refunds: refunds for reservations, less a minimum $15.00 charge, will be given when notice is received at least 21 days prior to arrival. We cannot give refunds for weather, illness, late arrival or early departure, etc. Cancellation policies for reservations made with online booking sites are specified on each booking site.
Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.
Check-in time is 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If arriving after 8:00 PM, please contact us for instructions.
Check-out time is 10:00 A.M.
All rates subject to 9% Maine Lodging Tax.
